Moontower

Moontower offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. At the time of publication in January 2025, pricing ranges from $1,599 to $2,799 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. You can find current pricing on our floor plan page.

The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops and zellige-inspired backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.

PALMtower

PALMtower offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.

At the time of publication in January 2025, pricing ranges from around $1,200 to over $4,800 per month depending on the unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on PALMtower’s floorplan page or contact their leasing team for more details.

In-unit amenities in the kitchen include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom pendant lighting. Each unit also comes with a washer and dryer, wood-style flooring and private balconies on select floorplans.
