AVE Phoenix Terra offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

In-unit amenities include stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops in the kitchen as well as vinyl flooring in living areas and custom carpeting in bedrooms. Each room comes with a washer and dryer. Select apartments feature kitchen islands, built-in wine refrigerators, double sinks and private patios/balconies.
