Located just two blocks away from First Friday, Altura is centrally located in downtown Phoenix.

Altura is only a three minute walk to ASU Downtown campus and within walking distance of several bars and restaurants, including MOIRA Sushi, Jackalope Gastropub, Cobra Arcade Bar, and Pomo Pizzeria. It’s also just across the street from neighboring property, Roosevelt Point.

Altura offers Arizona’s tallest pool deck at 30-stories high, featuring a hot tub, sun chairs, and a spa. They have a variety of entertainment spaces, including a courtyard lounge and a club room. They also feature a fitness center with a yoga studio and outdoor gym area.

The kitchens feature high-end design, including quartz countertops and gas ranges. Additionally, they have an option to lease your apartment fully-furnished at an additional cost.

As of January 2024, Altura offers garage parking for an additional monthly fee of $150.
