Altura

Altura is located on the corner of N 3rd and E Pierce Street, offering a central location to many attractions in downtown Phoenix.

It’s only a few minutes walk to ASU Downtown Campus and the Arizona Center shopping mall. It’s also close to several beloved downtown Phoenix spots, including Pomo Pizzeria, Xanadu Coffee and Moira Sushi.

Moontower Phoenix

Moontower Phoenix Kitchen

Moontower has studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. You can find current availability and pricing on our floor plan page.

The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.  

Altura

Altura offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and Penthouse units. They also offer premium units on the 28th floor with higher ceilings, upgraded finishes, and premium appliances.

At the time of publication in January 2024, rates at Altura range from the $1,300s to over $3,000 per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on Altura’s Residences page.

Their kitchens include high-end appliances including quartz countertops and gas ranges. The units also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of the skyline or the scenic desert mountains.
