Located at 811 N. 3rd St, Moontower is only one block from the bustling Roosevelt Row, home to First Friday and tons of local bars and restaurants. 

Lucky’s, Châm Pang Lanes, Cobra Arcade Bar, Lacuna Kava Bar, and the Farmer’s Market are all within a block of Moontower. Other Phoenix hot spots, including Matt’s Big Breakfast, The Brill Line, and Pedal Haus Brewery are just a few minutes walk away.

Altura

Altura is located on the corner of N 3rd and E Pierce Street, offering a central location to many attractions in downtown Phoenix.

It’s only a few minutes walk to ASU Downtown Campus and the Arizona Center shopping mall. It’s also close to several beloved downtown Phoenix spots, including Pomo Pizzeria, Xanadu Coffee and Moira Sushi.

Moontower

The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.

Altura offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and Penthouse units. They also offer premium units on the 28th floor with higher ceilings, upgraded finishes, and premium appliances. Their kitchens include high-end appliances including quartz countertops and gas ranges. The units also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of the skyline or the scenic desert mountains.
