Moontower offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, with premium units offering private balconies, additional entry-way storage or spacious walk-in closets.

The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.

CityScape offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans, with premium units offering private balconies, french doors, walk-in closets or gourmet kitchens.

At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at CityScape range from $1,629 to $4,314 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current pricing and availability by contacting their leasing office or viewing their floor plan page.

The kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and large windows. Plus, bathrooms in these apartments have spacious linen closets for extra storage.
