Moontower
Moontower has floor plan options ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. Pricing ranges from as low as $1,849 to $3,398 per person, per month depending on the floor plan type and availability. You can find current availability and pricing on our floor plan page.
Every unit comes fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer dryer, smart TV, ceiling fan, and premium Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash.

Kenect Phoenix
Kenect Phoenix offers floor plans ranging from studio to three-bedrooms. At the time of publication, pricing for these units range from around $1,455 to $2,290 per month depending on the floor plan and availability.
Units can come unfurnished or furnished, with custom Kenect furniture options, along with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and an electronic key fob. The kitchen features a dishwasher, convection microwave, and grohe designer finishes.
