Located at 811 N 3rd Street, Moontower is only one block from Roosevelt Row, home to First Fridays and tons of local bars and restaurants.

Châm Pang Lanes, Cobra Arcade Bar, Moira Sushi, Lacuna Kava Bar, and the Farmer’s Market are all within a block of Moontower. Other Phoenix hot spots, including Matt’s Big Breakfast, The Nash Jazz Club, and The Grand are just a few minutes walk away. Other luxury apartments nearby include Altura and The Stewart.

Moontower has floor plan options ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Moontower range from $1,740 to $3,785 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Every unit comes fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer dryer, smart TV, ceiling fan, and premium Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash.

The Ryan Phoenix offers floor plans ranging from studio to two-bedrooms. At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Ryan range from $1,698 to $4,515 per person, per month, depending on unit type.
