Located at 811 N. 3rd St, Moontower is only one block from the bustling Roosevelt Row, home to First Friday and tons of local bars and restaurants. 

Lucky’s, Châm Pang Lanes, Cobra Arcade Bar, Lacuna Kava Bar, and the Farmer’s Market are all within a block of Moontower. Other Phoenix hot spots, including The Brill Line, and Pedal Haus Brewery are just a few minutes walk away.

Located on the corner of W McKinley and N Central Ave, The Stewart offers a convenient location to many downtown Phoenix hotspots.

Snooze A.M. Eatery is located on the bottom floor of the building, and Matt’s Big Breakfast, Pomo Pizzeria, Lola Coffee and The Grand are only a few minutes walk away.

Pricing and Floor Plans

Moontower

Moontower has studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. At the time of publication in January 2024, rates at Moontower range from $1,740 to $3,785 per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on our floor plan page.

The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.

The Stewart

The Stewart offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. At the time of publication in January 2024, rates at The Stewart range from $1,527 to $4,250 per month, depending on unit type. The kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. They also include smart home features, including the EcoBee thermostat.
