At the time of publication in February 2024, rates at Ave Phoenix Sky range from the $1,400s to over $4,000 per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. The kitchens include soft-close cabinets and under-cabinet lighting, natural earth-inspired quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances.
