Skye on 6th

Like Moontower, Skye on 6th is also just a block from Roosevelt Row, located on the corner of 6th and E Garfield.

It’s only minutes from several Phoenix restaurants and bars, including Taco Boy’s, Breakfast Bitch, Taco Chelo, Killer Whale and Greenwood Brewing. It’s also close to other downtown Phoenix properties, such as Roosevelt Point.

Moontower has studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. You can find current pricing on our floor plan page.

The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.

Skye on 6th

Skye on 6th offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartments. At the time of publication in January 2024, rates at Skye on 6th range from the $1,600s to over $7,000 per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. The kitchens include stainless-steel appliances, soft-close kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops and tile backsplashes. The units also feature a full-size washer and dryer, a smart home technology package with a smart thermostat, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Balconies and spa-inspired bathrooms are available in select units.
