Located at 811 N. 3rd St, Moontower is only one block from the bustling Roosevelt Row, home to First Friday and tons of local bars and restaurants. 

Lucky’s, Châm Pang Lanes, Cobra Arcade Bar, Moira Sushi, Lacuna Kava Bar, and the Farmer’s Market are all within a block of Moontower. Other Phoenix hot spots, including Matt’s Big Breakfast, The Brill Line, Pedal Haus Brewery, and Pomo Pizzeria are just a few minutes walk away.

X Phoenix

Located at the intersection of Van Buren and 3rd Street, X Phoenix is only a couple blocks from many downtown hot spots.

X Phoenix is only a few blocks from Valley Bar, The Arrogant Butcher, the Phoenix Convention Center, and ASU Downtown Campus. Plus, it’s right across the street from Civic Space Park. It is located about a 20-minute walk from Roosevelt Row.

The kitchen features elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak cabinets, brass hardware, marble-look quartz countertops, and zellige-inspired backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.

X Phoenix

X Phoenix also has studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. At the time of publication in January 2024, rates at X Phoenix range from just over $1,000 to over $2,000 per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. They also feature coliving suites. In a coliving apartment, you will share the common areas with one, two or three roommates but still have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Pricing for coliving suites ranges from just over $1,000 to the $1,300s per person, per month.

Their units feature large closets, natural lighting, premium appliances and more. You can even opt for a fully-furnished unit in studios, one-bedrooms or co-living suites.
