Best Views for Specific Preferences

For the best views of the valley, mountains and Roosevelt Row

For views of Roosevelt Row, where First Fridays take place at the beginning of each month, you’ll want to look at The Desert Lily, The Agave, The Sedona, The Foxtail or The Stargazer. These units all either face or are on the corner of E Garfield Street, which is just a street over from Roosevelt Row.

Facing North, these units will have expansive city views where you can see the whole valley and mountains.*

The Desert Lily is the only two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that offers views of Roosevelt Row.

The Agave, The Sedona, and The Foxtail are all one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, while The Stargazer is a studio unit. The Agave is the largest one-bedroom unit offered at Moontower, featuring a spacious living room and kitchen with a large peninsula, perfect for entertaining.

For the best city views

If you want to live facing ASU campus, you’ll want to consider The Desert Lily, The Agave, The Sedona, The Foxtail or The Stargazer. All of these units are offered either facing or are on the corner of E McKinley Street, which is just a few streets away from the heart of Arizona State’s campus. All five of these units are also offered facing North, or towards E Garfield Street.

Facing South, these units will have city views featuring the downtown Phoenix highrise skyline.*

Each of these floor plans offer balcony access, whether it’s a juliette or private balcony, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor living space.

The Agave and The Sedona are the two corner units facing ASU, located on opposite sides of Moontower, but both still offer breathtaking views of campus and the downtown Phoenix skyline.

For the best views of the sunrise

If you are hoping to wake up to breathtaking views of downtown Phoenix in the morning, you’ll want to look at The Palo Verde, The Prickly Pear or The Sedona. These units, all facing East towards N 4th Street, guarantee a front-row seat to Phoenix’s daily sunrises.*

All of these units are one bedroom, one bathroom and offer private balcony access with The Sedona being the largest unit out of the three.

Each floor plan features a large kitchen island or peninsula, making it the perfect space to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise.

For the best views of sunset

If you are looking to end your day on a high note with captivating views of the vibrant Phoenix sunset, you’ll want to look at The Oasis, The Sage, The Agave, The Nomad or The Moonstone. These apartments, facing West, offer the perfect vantage points to witness the sunset along with stunning views of the downtown Phoenix skyline.*

For an indoor-outdoor living concept, choose either The Oasis or The Agave, both of which feature private balcony access to end long days or start early mornings. 

Despite not having balcony access, The Sage, The Agave, and The Moonstone all have floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of all that downtown Phoenix has to offer.
