Conveniently located next to the Valley Metro rail system, The Adeline is a short distance from many downtown hot spots.
The Adeline is only a few blocks from Fry’s, Chase Field, the Phoenix Suns Arena, The Phoenix Symphony, and Heritage Square. Plus, it’s located about a 15-minute walk from ASU Downtown Campus.

The Adeline offers many luxury amenities, including an oversized pool, jetted hot tub, dog park and parlor, game room, and both upper and ground-level courtyards.
Additionally, they offer private co-working spaces, including spacious conference rooms and meeting pods. They have a variety of options available in their state-of-the-art fitness center, including on-demand yoga and spin classes.
The Adeline also offers fully-furnished guest suites for visiting friends, family, and coworkers.

Parking
The Adeline offers reserved parking spots in addition to a valet parking service. At the time of publication in January 2024, they offer four parking options.
With three garages, the furthest option is $85 per month. If you wish to be in one of the two closest garages, the price range from $100-$130 per month as of January 2024. The Adeline offers a bundle deal, $175 for two spots. Finally, The Adeline offers street parking on N 3rd Street for $200 per month.
