Touring the Property

You and the leasing staff will start the tour on the first level. Here, you’ll see the co-working areas, the mailroom, bike storage, pet spa and dog run.

Next, you’ll take the elevator up to Level 9, where you’ll tour the fitness center and our model units, the Stargazer (studio) and the Prickly Pear (one-bedroom). Afterward, we’ll head to our rooftop on Level 24 where you’ll explore the clubhouse, pool deck, yoga studio and sauna.

During the tour, we will discuss your housing requirements, personal preferences, and financial considerations. Together, we will strategically blend these elements to find the floor plan that best suits your needs and desires.

After we’ve toured the property, we’ll head back to the leasing office to look at floor plans. Since most units in Moontower are occupied, you will view the floor plan renderings. You’ll begin discussing each floorplan you’re interested in, weighing pros and cons, and ultimately decide on a unit that fits your preferences the best. It’s important to remember that there might not be a floor plan that checks every single box, but use your Leasing Professional as a resource to talk through your concerns so they can help you find a unit that suits you best. You’ll wrap up with time to ask any remaining questions you may have.

Applying and Signing Your Lease

Once you’ve toured the property and found the perfect apartment for you, it’s time to start your application and secure your unit. The application should take around 10 minutes to complete. You can complete this in the office so you can ask our team any questions you might have, or this can be completed later on your own if you prefer.
